Women's tennis ranked #10 in West Region and #50 in Nation

The Dixie State College women’s tennis team earns high rankings this week from the Intercollegiate Tennis Association. The Red Storm women appear at No. 10 in the West region and No. 50 in the national rankings.
Recent victories over previous No. 50 Mesa State College and previous No. 49 Grand Canyon have earned the Storm respect.
The team faces more opportunity to build on the new rankings with an extended trip to Northern California this week that lasts until Mar. 13.
The Red Storm ladies will play seven matches in eight days, including a weighty contest against No. 45 Sonoma State University.
They start play on Saturday against Notre Dame de Namur in Belmont Calif. After a rematch on Monday with the Argonauts, the Storm will play a double header against Dominican University and Academy of Art on Tuesday, Sonoma State University on Wed 10, Mills College on Fri. 12, and finish the trip with another battle with Pac West rival Dominican University on Sat. 13.
