UVSC beat Southern Idaho 4-1 behind the four-hit pitching of Rick White, who struck out 15 Golden Eagles. He finished with 124 career strike outs at UVSC; second all-time in the school record books. Offensively, UVSC got an RBI single from Preston in the first, followed by a two-run homer by Adam Jensen. In the third, Jensen singled in another run to make it 4-0. CSI got it's only run in the fourth on a Ty Hasbrouk RBI single.
