Past SWAC and Region Champions

From 1999 to 2001 the SWAC was comprised of 10 teams. The top six teams qualified for Region.
In 2002, the SWAC has 11 teams. The top eight qualify for the Region 18 Tournament.
In 2003, the SWAC had 7 teams and all teams qualified for the Region 18 Tournament. In 2004, 6 teams made up the SWAC. All teams qualified for the Region 18 Tournament.
