Summary:
Haley Larsen pitched a three-hit shutout to lead Utah Valley State College to a 6-0 win over Ricks College. Larsen fanned four and walked only one in upping her record to 19-4 on the year. With the win, she tied UVSC's all-time career mark for wins with 38. She was 19-4 last year as a freshman. UVSC plated a run in the second, then went up 2-0 in the fourth after Diana Forsey tripled and scored on a perfect squeeze bunt by Jamie Hendricks. The Wolverines broke things open with three runs in the sixth. Belinda Renzello and Chynna Wilcox had two hits apiece for UVSC. Hendricks and Crystal Parry each had two RBI.
