REGION 18 AFFILIATED DUES:

1. $400.00 for affiliated institutions in Region 18 Tournaments

PENALTY FEES:

1. $10.00 will be assessed each time an institution fails to get results and stats reported to the SWAC Statistician/Webmaster by designated deadline.

PROCEDURES:

1. SWAC Statistician/Webmaster will:

a. E-mail SID’s coaches, and AD’s prior to each sport season with information on how/when to get results and stats reported.

b. E-mail SID/Coach/AD when their institution fails to meet the deadline with penalty assessed.

c. At the end of each season, send SWAC Treasurer information for each institution with penalty fee (itemized dates/amounts of penalties with totals).

2. SWAC Treasurer

a. Send itemized invoice for penalties at the end of each season.

b. Once penalty fees are collected, send SWAC Statistician/Webmaster a check for penalty fees.
